Hi! I’m not sure this answers your question but I know when women get worried about incontinence, the first thing they get asked to try is Kegel exercises. I know men have the same pubococcygeus (PC) muscle so it would accomplish the same thing. Have you done any exercises like these?

maybe not quite what you want but Boules balls are very weighty and around that size – you can buy stainless. Also glass balls (crystal balls) vary in diameter. I’ve managed 2 boules and feels great. cant get the glass ball in though. I got mine on amazon.
